We are a small independent record shop.
We do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

  • Once purchased, limited items cannot be cancelled for any reason.

  • We do not accept cancellations or complaints for international orders under any circumstances.

  • We inspect all items before shipping, but please note:

    • We do not check for needle skipping or pressing defects.

    • After shipment, please contact your local carrier directly for any issues related to damage or loss.

[Regarding LIMITED JAPAN EDITION]

Unfortunately, we have recently seen an increase in fraudulent claims involving AI-generated images of damaged products. We have also received a number of suspicious claims—such as missing contents or missing extras—exclusively from customers who purchase only popular limited items.

Therefore, we will no longer accept any claims regarding damage for any items. Instead, we carefully inspect each order through a triple-check system by multiple staff members and pack everything securely.

However, if you bring the item directly to our store, we will consider responding accordingly.
Of course, we are not perfect, and we would prefer not to implement such strict measures. However, claims from regular customers or those who purchase standard items are extremely rare—perhaps once or twice a year—so we’ve had no choice but to take this approach. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

By placing an order, you agree to all of the above terms.

📦 For Customers Using International Forwarding Services
We are not responsible for any issues related to shipments handled by forwarding companies (including damage, loss, or non-delivery).
There have been frequent reports of trouble with such services.
Please use them entirely at your own risk.

    • 発送後の破損・紛失については、各配送業者へ直接お問い合わせください。

 

【限定商品・JAPAN EDITIONに関するご案内】

近年、AI技術を用いた破損画像による虚偽のクレームが確認されております。また「中身が入っていない」「付属品が不足している」といったご申告もなぜか特定の人気限定商品のみをご購入されたお客様からのみ多数寄せられる傾向にあります。

そのため、今後はすべての商品について破損に関するクレームはお受けしません。その代わり当店では複数のスタッフによる三重の検品と厳重な梱包を行っております。

ただし商品を店頭まで直接お持ちいただいた場合に限り対応を検討させていただきます。

もちろん我々も決して100%ではありませんのでこのような処置は行いたくないのですが、通常商品を購入いただく方や常連様からのクレームはあって年に1〜2回とほとんどない状況のため、やむを得ずこのような対応を行うこととなりました。

長期不在にて返送された場合、発送時と返送時の送料を通常料金で佐川急便から請求されますのでご注意ください。
特に代引きをご利用の上、長期不在で商品が戻ってきた場合は悪質な迷惑行為と判断し、今後のお取引を一切お断りさせていただきます。
