JOCKSTRAP

JOCKSTRAP, a South London duo consisting of Georgia Ellery, a violinist of BLACK COUNTRY, NEW ROAD, and 23-year-old Taylor Skye, who has released a wonderful work as a solo artist yet to be released, will release their long-awaited first album in 2023. We don't realize that a masterpiece or a great album is something until later, and at the moment we realize it is a masterpiece, but that is why we end up calling it a masterpiece. The classical world of BLACK COUNTRY, NEW ROAD and UK underground club music are fused in the crucible of London's music culture...or rather, we are reminded of the excitement of new music in the music that was miraculously born in a different place from that place.
