We are trying our best to handle your order as fast as possible, but please read below and place an order upon understanding.
Once purchased, limited items cannot be canceled for any reason.
Due to high demand, it may take a while for delivery. Response to order inquiries can take more than a week.

International shipping:
We thoroughly inspect damages on the items before shipping. However, please note we don't check needle skipping or defects of the vinyl and we do not accept any complaints or exchanges. Once shipped, please contact the shipping carriers for any damages or loss.

We accept orders 24 hours a day.

●Shipping and packaging fee: 700 yen nationwide (except Okinawa and remote islands, which cost 1,300 yen)
Cash on delivery fee: 300 yen nationwide
[Shipping] We cannot ship on Sundays or holidays. *For Kyushu, Shikoku, Okinawa, remote islands, and some areas of Honshu, an additional day will be added to the delivery time.

●We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed or returns of items other than damaged items.
Please request delivery within 5 days.
●We strive to provide products in good condition, but due to the nature of imported items, we ask that customers who are sensitive about condition refrain from purchasing from us.
●If you are absent for an extended period of time, you will be charged three times the shipping fee if the package is returned due to your absence for an extended period of time. Please be aware of this.
