STEAMING COILS

Brad Laner, who was a member of Creation's American shoegaze band MEDICINE, which has been re-released and re-evaluated with reissues and new works from Captured Tracks, formed a band centered around David Chrisman from the mid to late 80's before MEDICINE, STEAMING COILS. The album recorded in 1987-88 and released in 1991 has been reissued by Medical. This is a mutant dream pop album like ARIEL PINK meets MARTIN NEWELL, which maximizes the metamorphosis of MEDICINE. The bonus 7-inch includes songs from the 4th album that were never released and in which EDDIE RUSCHA of SECRET CIRCUIT participated.
