This is a 12-inch remix of each artist's compilation "SO LOW" by OPTIMO's early 80's post-punk ~ synth wave ~ EBM cult band. First, POWELL's "Rocker" class burst finish P/1E "49 Second Romance", GERRY & THE HOLOGRMS, OPTIMO's JD TWITCH almost finished JOY DIVISION, Belgium EBM's The KLINIK released "Moving Hands" in 1988. A total of 4 songs covered by JOHN BENDER of "Victims Of Victimless Crimes" by KUBLER ROSS, a side project by Dave Clark, another member of OPTIMO.
