The band EAST VILLAGE, which debuted on the label Sub Aqua, founded by Jeff Barrett after he left Creation, released their only album "Drop Out" on Heavenly Recordings, which expanded from there, and then disbanded on stage. A single compilation album released by Australia's Summershine is now available on vinyl.

EAST VILLAGE, a quartet formed in Prince Lisborough, a city northwest of London centering on the Kell brothers by Martin and Paul, has reissued the 1st single of the super masterpiece released in 1988 with a 7-inch jacket. At that time, it was a 12-inch and a 7-inch release with a label sleeve.

TONSTARTSSBANDHTのANDY WHITEによる2025年ソロアルバム。2024年初頭にNYのEAST VILLAGEでYAMAHA MT8Xへ録音、SAN FRANCISCOでJOE SANTARPIAとROBERTO PAGANOがミックスを担当というA面はループ楽曲をすべて手弾き・手歌いで多重録音し直したというなんという儚い反復の美しさ。B面は揺れるメロトロンと夜のFUNK、若さへのレクイエムといった3曲の小さな組曲になっている天才しか作れない一枚。
