This is the 3rd and last album released in 1991 by THIS MORTAL COIL, led as a fictitious band led by Ivo Watts-Russell, the boss at the time who determined the world view of 4AD from the mid to late 80's. This work, which is also an album, was remastered from the double-page re-image artwork supervised by Vaughan Oliver of 23 Envelopes, who was a design team belonging to the label with Ivo, and the original master tape by John Dent.
