カナダ・ハミルトンの5人組CAPITOL2024年12曲入りセカンド・アルバム。シューゲイズ〜ドリーム・ポップを軸に90s〜00sのUKオルタナ〜USインディそして80sニューウェイヴの名残が交錯するまるでLUST FOR YOUTHがSHOUT OUT LOUD化したかのようなロマンティシズム。限定ヴァイナル。

今やクイアを代表せずとも特別な美少年となったTROYE SIVAN、2020年アルバムと思いきやミニ・アルバム。俳優そしてポップ・アイドル・ラインで登場しながらカミング・アウトはもちろんなによりもその音楽がマス・ポップ・アレンジでありながら全てが正しい位置に落としてきている存在はCARLY RAE JEPSENと彼くらいではないでしょうか。今作はマス行きに向かいつつあった前作を反省してかメジャーな（もしくは音楽的評価を狙った）R&BもしくはEDM的アレンジに向かわずまるでWISHED OUTをプロ集団が手がけたようなまとめそしてなによりKポップまで行かないポップ・メロディが自身のすべき位置をしっかりと確認している全曲激良しシングル曲といった全6曲。

ロンドン在住のソングライターJames Howardが、Ursula Russell、そしてFAT WHITE FAMILY周辺のバンド PREGOBLINのメンバーでもある Dimi the GreekことDimitrios Ntontis、そして1990年代後半Planet MuからデビューしたプロデューサーCAPITOL Kとともに制作したプロジェクトBLUE HOUSE、2019年アルバム。REAL ESTATEの息子たちがサウス・ロンドンに入り浸った挙句バンドを組んで制作したかのようなサイケデリック・ソフト・ロック隠れ秀作。
